Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Nerd Friendly currently ships to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local customers in the D’Iberville, Mississippi area may choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.

2. Order Processing Times

We work hard to get your orders out quickly!

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom, preorder, or backordered items may require additional time — estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another when it ships.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship most orders using USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and location.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Tracking information will be provided via email once your package is on the way.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and carrier rates.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to join our mailing list for updates!

In-store pickup is always free.

5. In-Store Pickup

Prefer to grab your items in person? No problem!
Choose Free In-Store Pickup during checkout and pick up your order at:

Pickup is available during regular store hours. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when you arrive.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our store, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues, but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

If your package seems lost or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at nerdfriendlyart@gmail.com so we can assist you in tracking or filing a claim.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at nerdfriendlyart@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products (like aerosol paints or certain liquids) may have shipping limitations due to carrier safety regulations.
Any restrictions will be clearly listed on the product’s page before checkout.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and store credits.
